Cristina Curreli is the new Avicenna GSP Task Force Co-Chair

Cristina is a biomedical engineer and healthcare researcher at the Rizzoli Orthopaedic Institute in Bologna. She holds a Master’s degree and a PhD from the University of Pisa, with expertise in computational biomechanics, finite element modelling, and the credibility assessment of in silico methodologies. Her work includes participation in European initiatives, contributions to higher education, and collaborations with renowned institutions.

Her strong background in computational modelling in medicine and her commitment to advancing in silico approaches will be a valuable asset to our community.
