European Commission has extended the membership of the Avicenna Alliance to the eHealth Stakeholders Group

In recognition of its valuable contribution, the European Commission has extended the membership of the Avicenna Alliance to the eHealth Stakeholders Group for a further period of 3 years. This group brings together European eHealth experts from diverse backgrounds to review and discuss the European strategy for improving our healthcare system through digital solutions.

We are grateful to the European Commission for listening carefully and regularly to selected experts, including Avicenna Alliance members and our academic members from VPHi, before making strategic decisions related to AI, European Health Data Space (EHDS), digital transformation, virtual twin and other important digital health topics.

Let's ensure that the necessary infrastructure will be ready in time to make healthcare safer, more accessible and more affordable for European citizens.
