Abstract: New image analysis pipelines powered by AI (Specially the implementation of novel convolutional neural network architectures) has allowed for the seamless extraction of quantitative features in clinical routine, so called imaging biomarkers. The combination of these characteristics with the information of other scales such as cellular and molecular allows for the creation of integrative in silico models of tumors and organs to predict clinical outcomes. The webinar will go through all the process of image analysis and the integration with clinical, pathology and molecular variables and will review different clinical scenarios such as pediatrics cancer.
