Avicenna provides feedback on the processing of personal health data in the EU
During the month of July, the Avicenna Alliance received the opportunity to provide its contribution to the European Commission Survey on the processing of personal health data in the EU. The Commission aimed to examine in which manners the processing of personal health data is governed across EU Member States and how this might affect the cross-border change of health data in the EU in light of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
